ProMDM d.o.o. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) develops ProMDM Fort mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.
We use your Personal Information only for providing the App and ensuring that if performs its intended purpose – management of your mobile device through Mobile Device Management (“MDM”) service.
Please note that due to its nature and primary function, which is centralized and remote Mobile Device Management, App requires administrator rights and special permissions on your mobile device. These permission & rights are required so that ProMDM EMM system can manage and control high privileged functionalities of user device, such as: set password policy, control storage area encryption, set device locks settings, perform device lock, wipe the device’s data (restore factory settings), disable the camera.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
While using our App, we may ask you to provide App with certain personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your username or e-mail information (“Personal Information”). Such information is primarily, but not exclusively, used for authentication purposes by your MDM service.
Also in order to manage your mobile device App is collecting other information related to your mobile device, such information may include, but is not limited to your phone state and accounts used on your mobile device (“Device Information”).
Such information is collected and visible exclusively to the end-user organization or provider of you MDM service (your organization or service provider) and should be primarily used to manage your mobile device.
ProMDM d.o.o. does not have access or any control over this information or process.
Please ensure that you have a clear understanding and detailed information from your MDM service provider about usage and rights that MDM system has over your mobile device and personal or device information.
Such information is typically communicated and accepted during the enrollment process of your mobile device into the MDM service. For additional information and details about this please contact your MDM service provider directly.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of (8th March 2017) and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
